Do you know what student data can be exported for your records? Are you comfortable downloading and sharing course content or activities with others or between courses?  In July 2018 a new data retention policy will be implemented for VIULearn. All courses from Intersession 2015 and earlier will be permanently deleted from VIULearn. If you have any courses from semesters in 2012, 2013, 2014; or Spring, Summer, and Intersession 2015 that you want to keep course content, activities, or student data from, you will need to export your course before July 2018. You can do this on your own (steps can be found here) or come to one of our workshops for some additional help.This session is aimed at faculty who have used VIULearn for teaching in 2012, 2013, 2014 or 2015 and who want to learn how to save their content offline. We will begin with a structured walkthrough and demo of exporting and importing course content followed by some time to address specific questions and time for you to work with support available.
